    File Upload Error: Not working

    Good Afternoon - 


    There seems to be an issue with file uploads this afternoon. We have been receiving orders all morning with attachments but all of a sudden the file uploads aren't working.


    I did a couple test files and everything seemed to be working ok but when we go to download the attached file it is failing.

    404 Not Found : /jufs/printit/43344189813964/364116847241378400/OUPS_Wall Poster.pdf

    Message that we are receiving when we try to download file.

    Please advise if there is an issue with jot forms

    We are currently experiencing some issues with our file upload server.  Our back-end team is now investigating and working on the issue. We will notify you via this thread once the issue is fixed.

    We need the files !!!!!!!, will be possible to recover the files after this issue ???? or we may request customers to upload again , this will be a pain in... resolve ASAP please !!

    @Kathryn, @allmybannerscom

    There was an issue with the Amazon S3 storage servers and so the files uploaded are not being accessible. This should be fixed by now. The users are not required to upload the files again and you should be able to access the files uploaded to your forms. 

    Please check and let us know if you still experience any issues with the file upload on your forms. We will be happy to take a look again.
