    If I understand you correctly you are trying to upgrade your account to a subscription plan but are unable to do so due to a switch subscription problem.

    Which subscription plan were you trying to get?

    Can you try logging into your account then go to our pricing page and try from there? 

    If this continues to be a problem let us know.

    Our non-profit group has VERY low requirements. The upgrade was to the $5 a month/$50 a month plan. Less than 40 submissions a month.
    Just tried again. Same problem.

    Okay, I believe I understand what you mean now and thank you for the additional details.

    Since you mentioned you are non-profit have you considered applying for our non-profit pricing? If approved it is 50% Off unless you've already applied for this but I did not find anything related to your account. This would allow you to get one of our better plans if you wanted.

    We would send you an emailed link upon approval for you to click and upgrade your account.

    What browser are you using when you have this issue? I don't see anything blocking you from upgrading on our end.

    Can you try logging into your account on another browser to see if it will work for you?
