On this form https://eu.jotform.com//?formID=70295146078965 and others sometimes, it happens that we need to re create the google sheet integration because sometimes, there is no additional line created after a submission. It happened like 4 times in 1 week! Even if all the subscriptions are registered, this is highly problematic as it is time consuming to repair and create a new integration.
Could you please help us on this?

I have tested Google Spreadsheet integration on one of my forms and it is working properly. All submissions are sent to my spreadsheet.
I have manually pushed data to your spreadsheet. Can you please check if all submissions are now shown inside of your Spreadsheet. Also please test your form to see in new submissions are sent to your spreadsheet.
If you still have issues, then please re-integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet. Remove current integration and integrate you form again.
If integration stops working again after you reintegrate your form with Google Spreadsheet, please let us know.

It works now.
But we already tried this past week to re integrate our form but it is very painful as we need to change all the importrange in our other files inked to the spreadsheet integration.
What can we do to avoid this problem? This is very common as other teams at Uber (EATS) told me.

I am glad to hear that integration is working now.
Unfortunately I do not know why your integration stopped working. Editing of spreadsheet may some times break the integration. For example editing, adding or deleting columns inside of spreadsheet. I would suggest you not to edit your spreadsheet.

This is not a proper answer. I do not edit my spreadsheet. The integration just breaks and does not load subscriptions anymore.
It happened again. Could you please call me or definitely solve this critical issue? May be important cause it is time consuming.

As for the problem, I'm forwarding this thread to our developers so they can check the integration for you. We will let you know if we find something and for additional advice.
For the meantime, please share with us the spreadsheet file so I can include that one on the report. We need it so our developers can check. You can share it with read-only permission.
