Adding form fields to email notificatons

    Hello,

     

    When I try to add new form fields that have been added to my form to my email notifications, everything after the first page of my form gets deleted. What could be causing this issue? I have been trying to add the field forms for POS that come after the beers.

    I would recommend you to simply delete your existing notification, and create a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications 

    All your form fields will be updated in your new notification. Let us know if you need more help.
