How can I delete submissions to free up space?

I deleted all of the submissions on this form https://www.jotform.com/build/70465796975880. 

But I am still receiving this message:

You're out of space! Upgrade Now.

How can I clear out space? Fewer than ten submissions have been sent and this is the first and only form I have ever created.  Thank you for your help. 

Deleting form submissions won't restore your monthly submissions limit. Only our system can reset it, and we have it scheduled every first day of the month.

Also, you are on the guest account. Please note that guest account is limited to just ten submissions per month. To get a hundred free submissions, you should create your free account. Register here: https://www.jotform.com/signup. Use your current email address to create an account. You should see the forms in your My Forms folder after. If not, let us know so we can manually move the form.
