I tried to create a new form this morning and it wasn't working (either 502 bad gateway or it said Jotform wasn't working).
Then went and looked at my other forms and tested one, none of them appear to be submitting. Please help.Page URL:

We had an issue earlier about 502 bad gateway. The issue is fixed already. Please try it again and let us know how it goes.
Also, I have cleared your form cache so it will be refreshed from our server.
