I have tried to answer twice but your system gets locked up on"please wait". Could you look into this problem? The other messages have alternative e-mail addresses (please take the message down where I actually gave the full e-mail address, I realized it was not a good idea after I send it)
I think my username is my e-mail address, if not it would be Marie (no space) 3210.

Have you created an account in JotForm? Can you share the username with us.
I checked the email account you used on this post, there was no associated user account in JotForm.

I think I found a Jotform into your site, this is the link
If this is the form of the account you are willing to reset , let me tell you this form along with another one belongs to a guest account with email address LaurelM***e@Pe**uinmail.com
You would need to register in Jotform in order to create a free account, once you do it, let me know and I will move your forms into this new registered account

Yes, this is my form. The e-mail address is correct. I have registered in jot form with a username, the e-mail address you indicated in your message, and a password.
Thank you for your offer and I would like you to move my two forms to this new account.
PS I tried to send some other responses to Jonathan's message which may or may not have gotten through to you folks. These can be ignored…
