I can't get the formatting in the Text block to work

    I am having trouble trying to format a text box in one of our forms under the new system.  Please see the print-screen shot below-  this is the way I WANT the top of this form to appear with some of the text highlighted and links to documents.  However, as I was editing this field, I inadvertently deleted the information in this field and couldn’t find a way to restore it.  So I copied the information from a previous message and pasted it in the field BUT now it will NOT allow me to format the words or link to my documents. 

    You can see, in the attached document, how the top of this form looks without any font changes or the links to the documents.  I can click on the pencil icon on the right to try to edit but none of the buttons (like Bold, Links, Font Color, Font size, etc.) work.  They are disabled somehow.  I even checked to make sure I was working in Google Chrome since I know there are issues with some browsers.   How can this be fixed?  

    PLEASE help ASAP… We are hoping to activate this registration today but I can’t do it without getting these formats and links updated.  Thank you!

    This was a TOTAL pain to update... It would only let me make ONE change to the text at a time AND I had to log out and back in to a Different Browser EACH time.  I had to toggle between Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox to get the handful of changes I needed to make to this field.  This is NOT the first time this has happened to me since your upgrade but last time I didn't have as many changes. 

    PLEASE look this over and see what the issue is and get it resolved.  Thank you!

    Next time if you face such issue, I would suggest you to clear the form cache and the browser cache and then try again.
