Form jumping to Next page

I embedded the form with the WordPress script and I have embedded the form with the iframe code. In both cases, the form jumps to another part of the page after each submissions. Please help!

Form name is Single Choice Radio

I checked your website and I see the form was actually embedded 2x on the same page of your website. This will cause script conflict issue which most probably was the reason your form was having issue upon submission.

Please remove the other embedded form (the one that uses Wordpress code) and retain only the one that uses its iframe embed code.

This should resolve the issue. Let us know if it did not.

    Thanks.

I think there is a misunderstanding on the feature of the Page break field.

From what I understand now, the jumping of the form you were saying was actually the form moving automatically to the next page.

I checked your form https://www.jotform.us/form/70585135961158 and I can see that the Auto Next feature was enabled on all the Page break fields.

This was the reason the form was automatically moving to next page after selecting an option. If you set this to OFF on the page break field on the form, it will not move automatically anymore. You will now need to click NEXT button to navigate to next page.

Please let us know if issue still persist.

I was responding using the Your Answer box on this thread. We will see if it happens again...

We want the pages to automatically click through. In fact, if we could hide the back and next buttons that would be great. Our purpose is to create a quick click through form where the client has to make the least amount of effort to complete the form.

A slight jump between pages is acceptable, but the pages are not realigning in the same place. For example, when I click the selection on page one, page two appears but it is scrolled down the page about an inch lower than the first page. So the top of the page on the browser is the middle of the logo.

It may only be happening on Chrome, but I still need to fix it.

Can you try first adding the ?nojump extension in the iframe src URL of the form.

See this thread for guide : https://www.jotform.com/answers/868131-How-to-prevent-vertical-jumping-on-embeded-form

Let us know if this still did not work.
