Hi there, No image will upload to my form. This is an urgent issue - we have just sent a marketing campaign and clients are trying to upload files. This is affecting our sales. Please let me know when this is rectified. I have disabled the form on our website to save inconveniencing our clients.Page URL:

Apologies for the inconvenience.
I cloned your form and I wasn't able replicate the issue. I was able to upload an image on the Image Preview Widget and submit the form without an issue.

Thanks for the reply. From reading through other submissions, it looks like the issue was resolved just after I submitted this. Phew!
