Our Dropbox integration was removed. I tried to enable it again but it's removed as soon as the page is reloaded. After I enable Dropbox, an orange check mark appears on the top right corner of the Dropbox icon.

I was able to reproduced the issue with our Dropbox integration. The integration indicator was not showing after you have integrated the form to Dropbox.
However the integration is actually ON and working. Its just the indicator was not showing it.
If you temporarily switch to the old Form Builder v3, you can see the integration is ON.
For now, you can use this method as well for temporary workaround.
I have submitted this thread to the higher team support so that it can be fixed on the new Form Builder v4 as well.
We will will notify you here once fixed.
