Hello godbi,
I did check your account and found that last subscription payment for premium bi-yearly subscription was received on October 13, 2014. This subscription was already deactivated on October 19, 2016.
Did you upgrade your account again recently? I am unable to find any details of subscription payment. I would suggest you to please let us know the order number which you must have received in your email.
