    Google Sheet Integration

    I need help ASAP please.  Submissions are not integrating to Google sheet.  I have unlinked and re-linked to no avail.

    I suppose the best thing to do is clone the form everytime it stops working (which is often) and relink to website

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I see you have another thread open with the similar issue, here's the other one you have: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1078451. There was an outage on Amazon S3 which crippled a lot of services, including some of ours. But it's back up now.

    With regards to the Google Spreadsheet integration, you do not need to clone or create a new form. Please note, however, that when you remove the integration AND re-integrate, a NEW spreadsheet will be created and it will be populated with your existing submissions. The old spreadsheet will stay in your Google Drive BUT will no longer update. 

    If you are still having problems, please let us know the specific form and the link to that Google Spreadsheet. We'll wait for your response.

    Google sheet integration has stopped working AGAIN!!!  This has happened in 3x in the last 3 weeks.  See URL below.  Cache cleared, not on bounced list for email.  Submission's show up under "Submissions".  Please advise ASAP.

    I just cloned the form, re-linked to website and reintegrated with google
    sheets which is what I seem to have to do weekly. If you find fix that
    works for more than a week let me know.

    Hello Kevin,

    We're sorry that the issue persists. It could be that Google is doing some changes on how their integration is working causing it to break. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate this issue. 

    Please let us know if the issue re-appears (but don't re-integrate) so we can investigate again.
