    Hi

We have been a long standing customer with a simple web page form for people to contact us on. This afternoon I have received the following notification:

    Dear Paul Mould,

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now.

Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Thanks for using JotForm,

Really confused as to how we can have "reached our limit" - it is just a simple form that we only get 2 or 3 enquiries through per month.
Has something gone wrong with our payment - the Direct Debit not working?

Can you please look up under Material Matters Limited and come back to me with more information as to what is wrong with our account and if something is actually not working on our website.

    Thanks

    Paul

What exactly a form view means?

Form view is sometimes referred as impression and it is any type of loading the form. So if you have a page on your website that gets 1.000 views per month and embed the form on the same page, you are OK with the free plan - as long as form views go. Each time someone loads your page would load the form and that would be a form view.

If someone goes to edit their submission - that is another example of a form view.

Disabled forms will however not increase your form views.

Here is the screenshot of the Form views
