Form created, but now says not found when Preview

    Error tells me form is disabled, and I checked and form is actually enabled.  How do I fix this?

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I see that your form is collecting credit card information using plain text fields. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. I have removed the guilty fields on your form and activated your account. Please refrain from adding such fields to your form to avoid any further suspensions.

    If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.
