Checkboxes grid ?

How can I create a table with checkboxes in the cells ? I used the checkbox element, set 4 for columns but on my mobile device the checkboxes do not show as a table/grid format, they are displayed one under each other. Any ideas/solutions ? Thanks

Upon checking your form titled DSJ, you are now using an Input Table field. 

I tested this on my mobile device and this is how it looks like:

Please note that your form is not mobile responsive, I presume this is because of the minimum width set on your tables. 

With regards to this:

I believe this is happening on the default checkbox field because the form is mobile responsive at that point, the fields adjust based on the screen size of the device, and having 4 columns in one small device might not be viewable in some way.
