    Form not updating

    Hi I have duplicated a form so I can produce another one which is similar. I have removed a .jpg from the top but the old .jpg is still appearing on the new form ?

    Hi,

    I cloned your form on this link http://urbanfairways.com/pages/keppel-club-booking. This is how the email alert in my wizard looks like:

     

    I then made a test submission and this is how I received it:

     

    I presume you have already made the changes and it is now reflecting properly on your end? I checked directly your form on your account and I do not see the image and the "Laguna..." title anymore.

    Could you please confirm if this is now resolved?
