I have the below survey that I have shared. Once my participants have clicked Submit, the Thank you page is not appearing so they do not know if their answers have been submitted.
I have checked off the Thank you page default option on the setting page, thank you option section.
I have attached an image of what I see when submitting. Please advise what I need to change to make this happen.

I cloned your form and I noticed that the default thank page settings are properly setup. However, when I did a test submit, the Thank Page is not showing.
However, I did change the source code of the Thank Page and it now shows on my end.
