Mobile responsive widget not available in the new Form Builder

the mobile responsive widget doesn't seem to be available when I search the widgets in the Form Elements. How do I install it?

The mobile responsive widget was removed in the new Form Builder because it was already incorporated within the builder. All forms will now have the mobile responsive integrated on them already.
