Please refund last subscription payment.

    Please i need a refund from the last payment you took from my paypal account on the 27th of February can you please refund the money back to my paypal account as i will not be using your administrator for this month. IF you can check my previous payment you will notice that i didn't really use. Please refund the money back to my paypal thanks.

    Hello aladin01,

    Please note that Jotform is a subscription based service. Once you upgrade your account, it remains active unless you cancel it yourself.

    I have sent a request to our billing team to process the refund for your last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
