Unable to download the file uploaded to a submission

    whenever i try to download a file i received this error. how can i resolve this problem urgently? 

    404 Not Found : /jufs/rsgrafica/60056194800349/364166962842289373/buono sconto 2.jpg

    I have checked your JotForm http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60056194800349 and see that there are only 2 submissions for this form. I am unable to find the submission 364166962842289373 for this form. Please be noted that if you have deleted the submission, the associated files will also be deleted. Unfortunately, the deleted submissions cannot be restored in any way. If you have integrated your JotForm with DropBox or Google Drive, you may retrieve the file from there. Otherwise, you may be required to get in touch with the user to submit the form again.

    I deleted everything and now everything works again. thank you
