Why isn't your payment system accepting my mastercard?

    Your payment system does not accept my mastercard.

    Are you attempting to upgrade to purchase a JotForm subscription plan?

    Mastercard should work as far as I know of since we have several users using it already.

    Did you enter in the payment information correctly?

    I would recommend trying again and if there is still a problem just let us know so we can help more.
