Email Autoresponder, Email Notification and Thank-You page not working

    Hi my thank you page is not working and neither are my emailed notifications. Notifications are not coming to the notification email on record and neither are they going to the user after filling out the form

    I see that the recipient email address set to receive the notification email on the form you included in your form is the same email address associated with your account.

    I have checked the mail logs of that email address and have not found any attempts that have failed and every email attempts were sent accordingly.

    When it comes with the email autoresponder set to be sent to respondents of your form after they have successfully submitted your form, I see that the recipient email field is not set properly, that is why it is not being received. It is possible that the original recipient email field was removed from the form that is why it shows as "missing field" in the autoresponder email.

    Please edit the notification (by clicking the pencil icon that will appear when you hover on the right part of the autoresponder email) and select the appropriate email field.

    Then, with regards to the Thank-You page issue, I have not found anything in your form that will make it not to work. So, I have decided to create a clone version of your form then tried to make an actual submission and it worked as expected.

    Can you help us identify the issue you are having by telling us what particular issue with the Thank-You page are you encountering, please? Also, with your permission, we can try to make an actual submission directly on your form so we can test it on our end.
