I am not receiving my forms

    Hi There,

    I have a form attached to an email I send new clients, and they can fill it out, but I don't revive it. I ran a test, and I can't get it to work. The form is called Photography Portrait Session Contract. Can you please tell me what I should do to fix that?

    Based on your message, I'm not sure whether you are talking about receiving notification emails, or actual form submissions, so I've checked both.

    1. I have checked the email logs for your email address, tinakielphotography@comcast.net, and I see that the last email that was sent to you had been bounced back:


    However, it seems that you have already removed your email address from the bounce list manually, so we can no longer check for the exact error message the recipient server provided when it rejected the email.
