I have a form attached to an email I send new clients, and they can fill it out, but I don't revive it. I ran a test, and I can't get it to work. The form is called Photography Portrait Session Contract. Can you please tell me what I should do to fix that?

Based on your message, I'm not sure whether you are talking about receiving notification emails, or actual form submissions, so I've checked both.
1. I have checked the email logs for your email address, email@example.com, and I see that the last email that was sent to you had been bounced back:
However, it seems that you have already removed your email address from the bounce list manually, so we can no longer check for the exact error message the recipient server provided when it rejected the email.
Simply make sure that your email notifications are set up in the following way, for best chances of successful delivery:
2. I have also checked your form over its direct link:
The submission went through successfully:
Your form appears to be working fine. If you are still experiencing any issues, please let us know what we may need to do to replicate the issue, and we'll be happy to take a deeper look. Thank you!
