I think i've upgraded to Silver twice now. I did it once and was still told I was full so I figured it hadn't gone through. I've just done it again and now am being told that I still need upgrade.... Please advise. I don't want to be charged twice.

I checked our logs and your account currently shows as Silver. It does indeed look like you have created two subscriptions though.
I have sent a request to cancel/refund the previous Bronze subscription and the duplicate Silver one. You should receive a refund for $19.00 and one for $39.00 within the next 5-7 business days.
