My account has the status of AUTO SUSPENDED
Need help.

You've attempted to collect a credit card details in the form using our plain input fields. This is causing the auto suspension of your account. Please note that asking for credit card details using our plain text fields are considered phishing which is against our Terms of Use (http://www.jotform.com/terms/).
I have reactivated your account, but I have deleted the said fields. Please refrain from adding the fields again.
If you'd like to collect payment at later date, you have to configure our payment integration and then enable the authorization only.
