Add extra fields into additional areas

A client has just noticed that the category Species does not appear in Pet 2 or Pet 3  and I do not know how to add it in!

Hello Arielle,

You can actually edit your form in the form builder and add fields that you want.

This is the form ID embedded on that page 70304362593958 which you can find in your account.

I had help setting up the form and I  do not know how to add in the field Species in the form into Pet 2 and 3 as they are added in in a special way ie if I just add it into the form as I know how, by duplicating the Species box, I get the 2 inserts in the wrong place as shown here - http://redleavesvet.vetpractices.co.uk/register-online

I did the necessary adjustments in your form, and it should work as intended now, the pet 2 and pet 3 should show like the original pet species.

I adjusted the conditions that are affecting those fields.
