How long does Jotform stored my data that are submitted in my forms for?

I have submissions from 2 years back that I am unable to view attachments such as PDFs and JPEGs. 

Submission data is stored indefinitely.  We has server issues earlier that were causing uploads to be inaccessible, however, they should now be available.
