I have submissions from 2 years back that I am unable to view attachments such as PDFs and JPEGs.

Submission data is stored indefinitely. We has server issues earlier that were causing uploads to be inaccessible, however, they should now be available.
If there are still files you are unable to access, let us know which form, as well as an example submission for that form and we will be happy to have a look.
