Issues on mobile devices when embedding my form to WordPress website

I've seen this problem on mobile vs desktop. Desktop works great, but on mobile... I'm forced to click the page button twice to see the form. Please advise? 

Right now we are using the <iframe> embed method because it seem to load better on this Wordpress theme for desktop users.

Thoughts?

What page button are you referring to? Would you mind giving us steps to replicate the problem? Your form seems to be working now. I think you should create a backup of the page for us to check rather than the given page, especially if it's live.
