Hey Jotform Family,
Ive been using Jotforms for some time now. As much as you want to believe that it is auto formatting to be mobile responsive in version 4.o, IT IS NOT. This is my 3-4 request asking to add the mobile responsive widget to my form. Can you please make this a widget again. I have a tight deadline and now Im going to miss it because of a simple widget that you took away for no reason. And I just upgraded to Silver package and Im pretty upset. I wouldnt have upgraded if I didnt like the service but Ive had to request this too many times since this new version.Page URL:

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
The Mobile Responsive widget does not seem to appear in the v4 builder, I'm not sure if it was intentionally removed or if it's due to an error.
You can open your form in the v3 builder and add the widget from there, to open your form in the v2 builder you need to click on the form, more button and click on the edit in v3 option:
There you could find the widget in the v3 builder and add it from there.
I will also forward this to our second level so our developers may know the widget does not appear in the v4 builder, we will update you as soon as possible regarding this.

Unfortunately that is not an option for me in my account.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. The "Edit in V3" option under "More" dropdown is not available in your account.
Please check the screenshot below on how to switch to V3:
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
