Hi I love your product!
However I can't log in today. I only use one email address email@example.com and i set up an account 15th may 2012. I ahve requested a send reset instructions but the error message I get back is 'No user with this email address or username has been found.' help plaese I really need to be able to access my forms

Hi, you can't reset your password because you aren't a registered user. You have created forms as guest.
In order to solve your problem you must signup on JotForm with same email address (firstname.lastname@example.org). You don't lost any data / forms / submission.
