I also had this problem recently and am reluctant to try it again! Here is my form:
I need to make updates soon, I attempted to make updates last week and it wouldn't save the options for Location/Day/Time

Do you have a problem in adding some new options to that field or you need to fill the form and have certain issues?

I am having problems changing the options I have in the field for Location/Date/Time. I have changed them, but not sure how to have them save. I thought the saved automatically when I left editing that part of the form. But, they didn't :(

I checked your form (https://form.jotform.com/70325087552152) and here are the options that I can see from the Location/Date/Time field.
Are there missing options that you have added to the field? You can review all your field modifications by viewing the Revision History of your form. Please see this guide: How to View Form Revision History.
If issue still persists, may we know what device and on what browser you are using when you have encountered the issue? If you are not able to see the changes you have made to your form, you need to clear your form's cache and browser's cache. Then check it again on your end.

Thank you, I went back in and it seems to be fine with the changes I've just made. I am trying to figure out another task now ;)
