Is Payment required?

    Hi I have a client sending me screenshots that she is unable to submit this form without payment. It looks like I have "not required" checked in the payment field so I am not sure why this would be. Can you confirm I have it set up right and if so would it be a browser issue or something?

    Hi,

    The payment/product field in your case is only one and by default automatically hides it and set it as somewhat required. 

     

    May I know why this field is hidden? If this is a mistake, you can click the "Click here SHOW instead" to display the product field, from there your user can tick "Newborn Session Fee $200.00", if they do not select it then they can submit it freely without payment, if they select it then they will be redirected to PayPal for payment.
