Would like to incorporate a a document within the formAsked by BRIGHTYOGIS on March 01, 2017 at 10:17 PM
Hello, We need to have a mandatory waiver of liability form agreed to during our registration to our form:
I don't want the verbiage on my form, just the file that opens with an agree button. Not sure how to do that. Thank you for any help :)
If you would just like to embed a PDF document then you can use the PDF Embedder widget.
I'm not sure if I understood about the "agree button" you mentioned, or perhaps what you would like to setup is somehow similar to a "Terms & Conditions" section? If so, you can also check the following widgets:
Or perhaps the Adobe DC eSign services widget would be more formal or appropriate for your case: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/adobe_dc_esign_services?
I hope that helps.
