Form will not go to Paypal

    Can you see why this just hangs on submit

    I could not replicate the issue at my end. The form got submitted and redirected to paypal site.

    On the second attempt it gave me 

    Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.
    Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.
     

    Please check again and let me know if you face any issue.

    Ian,
    I am using Safari and I tried it on Chrome Canary as well.
    It just sits on the please wait screen.
    Jsut tried IE and it worked the first time but would not go through a second time.
    Can you try again ?

    Can you try again in the same browser after a refresh. Is it a caching issue.

    The form only works once to Paypal. Second attempt will cause it to hang.
    This is still within the Jotform code.

    I have checked your JotForm and see that Unique submission option is enabled to check the cookies.

    Once the form is submitted, it is not allowed to submit the form again due to this setting. However, the user may be allowed to use a different PC and submit the form. Please try disabling this option from the Form settings and see if that helps. If you are referring to a different error, please let us know. It would be helpful if you can provide us any screenshot of the issue on this thread.
