How can I send a message to the same people that submitted their mails. e.g. If i have 1000 submissions how can I send them a message at the same time. So I dont send them a message one by one because it will be long. How can I create a group of people that gave me their hotmails and at the same time keep sending them content at the same time. or I have to get their hotmails and group them in gmail.

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. Do you want to send same message to all users that previously submitted your form at once?
You can get a list of all email addresses you have and then you can add all of them as recipients of your email. However there may be a limits depending of email client that you are using.
We have integrations with services such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, GetResponse, MadMimi and AWeber.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
