During the last two days I have been making various changes to my form, but those changes haven't been visible on my website - despite having carefully checked the link Jotform provides. I have tried countless times to repeat the procedure, but to no avail. Eventually I cloned the form, re-did the link and that worked OK - until I made more changes and had exactly the same problem again! Please advise what I can do!

I've experienced exactly the same problem, although haven't tried cloning the form yet.
My change was just a simple one; changing a date in one of the options on a drop down list.
Sat 30 June changed to Sun 1 July.
(Also changed the look of the "submit" button)

@Stephen and Mike
Please change the first part of your form's URL from http://form... to http://www... and let us know if that helps. The former version is distributed via our CDN (Content Delivery Network) and the edge location server closest to each of you may not be refreshing its cache in a timely manner.
The following video explains the advantages and disadvantages of serving web pages via CDNs:

Perhaps the following video better illustrates the process:

It just helped me... thanks :)

That certainly did the trick - thank you!
Perhaps this also explains why adding a CNAME record to my DNS is also not working?
I am trying to point
Should I substitute "form" with "www" as well ?
- JotForm SupportMike_TAnswered on June 19, 2012 at 06:17 PM
Yes, you will need to add the "form" part as well. However, I can not guarantee that this setup is ok due to the fact that we use Cloudflare protection for our domains.
Our recommended custom domain is custom.jotform2.com.
In other words, please remove your CNAME record and add the following one:
forms.clubforms.co.uk CNAME custom.jotform2.com
Wait for the DNS propagation time, and re-check your forms via forms.clubforms.co.uk.
Thank you for using our services.

I am having the same problem mentioned above. I see you are suggesting we change the first part of our form's URL from http://form... to http://www. I am using the iFrame insertion, and changed the URL from http://forms.jotform.us/form/... to http://www.jotform.us/form/....
The edits I made in the header still did not take effect in Firefox or Safari, even after clearing the cache and refreshing.

We would like to check your webpage URL where the form is embedded. Can you share with us the link?
How about re-embedding your form? Please try this.
- tturianoAnswered on December 10, 2012 at 01:43 PM
Yes, thanks...here's the link to the form:
I have re-embeded the form several times using iFrame, no results.
I also have tried the iWeb embed function, no results.

I don't see any differences between the form on your site and its stand alone version so I suspect the problem is now resolved? Please confirm.
Actually you are embedding the form as source code not iframe as far as I can see here (did you changed it?). You might be viewing here which shows the iframe version of the page where the form is originally embedded. If you'd like the form to update itself without re-embedding the source code, we'd suggest to use iframe embed code instead not the full source code.

Right now I am using the iFrame code. The changes are small, but in the header and the address fields are no longer required. Also the comment text area should have more columns..wider.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
Your address field isn't marked as required even on edit mode, did you made some changes just now? Kindly review it as I couldn't see any differences between the form on edit mode and your iframe version.
This is how it displays on my end:
Stand alone version:
I don't see any problems at all.

All fixed. I tried Jotform chat help, and the tech support person Ed Mendoza simply cleared the cache on JotForm's server, and it all works. Thanks, TT

That's great then. Thanks for the updates! :)
