Accounting for Multiple Registrants on One Form

Hi,

I created a seminar registration form with a "Spouse Attending" drop down and a condition to add "Spouse Name" if the answer to "Spouse Attending" is "YES". I also set up to disable the registration form once the total number of registrants is 40. How do I make sure the spouses are being accounted for in the 40 total count?

Please note that "Submission Limit" will only count the number of submissions you receive in your form but it is not possible to calculate based on the selection of dropdown option.

I would suggest you to please add "Quantity Gift Registry" widget to keep track of your registration quantity inventory. Do try it out and see if that fits into your requirement.
