A required document is not showing up on my submission. I tried a dummy application and I could not bypass it without uploading...and yet I had a student submit an application and submission does not contain the required bank statement.
This is the submission ID in question: 360430947541267378
A required document upload is right after Sponsor's Signature so on the submission, the document should appear there and it doesn't.
Please help. It is really important that this be fixed. thanks

Is this issue related to "Please upload your bank statement here" field? I have tested your form and I was not able to submit it without uploading a document to that field.
I saw that you have two fields with that name. I also noticed that you have lot of conditions inside of your form. Do you maybe have condition to skip that page?
I have also cloned your form and made sever test on my cloned form, but I was not able to submit it with if file is not uploaded.
If this has happened only once it was probably temporary issue. I would suggest you to contact you user and ask him/her to upload that file again.
If your form is embedded and this issue occurred when your embedded form was submitted, please provide us URL of your webpage, so that we can test your form there.
