All of my forms have been disabled. Tried to re-enable and disable but its not working. These are internal forms so there is nothing regarding phishing or scamming. Please assist.

Ah, I guess that makes sense. I am the IT director for my company and these were made as internal documents between HR and IT for new user creation which includes password and login creation. If I delete that one in particular can you unlock the rest of my forms?

Yes, it is required to delete the form even from the Trash folder. Account is back to active.
