auto remove name from drop-down list

Good Morning!

I have am making an employee registration form for a company picnic.

The form will have three fly-outs with about 150 employee names.

After an employee registers for the picnic, I would like their name auto removed from the fly-out.

Is that possible?

Unfortunately, that is not possible with current options in our Form Builder. You would have to download the Form's source code and then do the coding that will achieve that feature.
