How Form(s) can be accessed and shared

We're looking for possible form options for our department to use and we'd use these form both for internal items and external - with our retailers. How does a form get accessed? Does it have it's own webpage that we would link to? Do we have to host any servers or anything to that nature?

You do not need to host the form anywhere, you can simply share the form's link and it can be filled out.

Once you start to receive submissions you could receive them via email or view them through the submissions page.
