Phone support

    I had questions about your product, but will not go to the time and effort to install a trial only to find it doesn't work for our staff.  Been there, done that, more than once.

    Having said that, I won't consider a company/solution that I cannot call to explore features.  Just that simple.

    I'm sure that doesn't make any difference to you, but there are still a lot of people that require this.  This is a show of a lack of support, not that you can help more people if they email questions...etc.

    Unfortunately, we don't have a phone support. However, our forum supporters are working 24/7 and ready to assist you in a timely manner.
