Bug in jotform. Preview does not correspond to my form in edit mode and wrong error messages

    Hello,

     

    I have a form that I made changes to but they do not appear in preview mode mode when I test the form. The form is correct in basic preview mode but not when openned in a new tab.

     

    I changed the error messages but I still get the same old error messages when i test in preview mode.

     

    I make some changes to a page but the changes do nott get reflected in preview mode. (page 4). Changes in page 1 seem ok.

     

    This is a form imported from another jotform account

    I am confused.

     

    How can I contact technocal support to get help. I have requested that the account be upgraded to a paid account today.

    It's a caching issue when using http://form.jotform version of the form. Replacing it with http://www.jotform should resolve it.

    So the new form url would be this. :

    http://www.jotform.ca/form/21637418930253

    Try it and let us know.
