    We are not receiving the forms submitted

    On our website www.brantford-pediatrics.com, the forms being submitted History 5+ is not received via email all other forms are coming thru.

    Please let us know ASAP how to rectify this issue.

    We want to receive all the forms that were submitted today for History 5+.

    I've checked the email address in your form https://secure.jotform.ca/form/50349018391252 and I can see it's not in our bounce list, upon checking the email history I can see all emails are being successfully sending. 

    I would suggest you to check your spam or junk folders since emails may have ended up there, if you find them, please mark them as not spam so you receive future emails in your inbox.

    If you're still experiencing the issue, please ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses so you avoid emails being blocked for any security reason.
