I only have one account left using this service. If I downgrade to the free account, will my forms still be there?

A free account allows you to have up to 5 forms. So, you are fine, currently you only have 3 forms.

On regards of the submissions, the total storage on a free account is 500 submissions. The system will only keep your 500 most recent submissions in your account.
