Box Integration Failed

    Hello,

    We're trying to use the Box integration, but it keeps failing. It will connect successfully for a while and then stop out of the blue. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. You are correct, it appears like the Box integration isn't working. I have done submission in an already integrated form with Box, and the new submission did not show up.

    I have reported this to our back-end team. You will be notified via this thread when this gets fixed.

    It looks like this is working again.

    We have people submitting multiple times and it looks like the latest submission is overwriting the old ones. How do I stop that from happening?
