We are designing a new website and the forms are actionable from the topbar and also the footer.  We initially had them as opening in a light box but when we looked on the phone we couldn't scroll on them so we changed them to open a new page but still does not look right on the i phone. Ie on top bar open it and you can't scroll to fill out the entire form. On footer new client form the picture is too big and doesn't look the preview on your site. Also when we were working on the site yesterday somehow we looked at the forms 1400 times. Each time the site is ipened does it count as a form view even if the form is not clicked on? Trying to firgure our how we went through so many views. This site is not used yet but we hope to go live soon. As you can see I am not well versed in code etc :) . Help!

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I would like to review the actual form used on your website. However the URL http://rrvh.us/ you shared did not load successfully on my browser.

Please check if it is the correct URL of you website where we can test the form.

Currently our lightbox form should work very much as well on mobile browser like the Iphone have.

You can review this discussion thread were the resolution was provided.

I checked the site (http://www.rrvh.us/patientResources) and the forms to that site in an iPhone emulator but it looks fine on my end. I was able to scroll and fill out the form.

Are you still experiencing the issue?

Each time the site is opened does it count as a form view even if the form is not clicked on?

Once the form is opened on the site and viewed by someone else, it is counted as a form view. However, if you are just previewing the form or testing your form while you are logged in to your JotForm account on the same browser, it should not count as a form view. Please see this guide: Form View Limits: What is it all about?
