When I share the link for the quiz onto the email, can the link expire after clicking once?

I am designing a questionnaire for my current organization. When a candidate has an interview scheduled they would first be directed to a room with the laptop. The quiz that I have designed will be sent to a gmail id. Is there a way that the link that I sent to the candidate become in active after clicking on it once. 

I basically do not want the candidate to forward this link or copy it and send it to his or her friends. 

So, if their friends come for an interview the next day, they do not know the questions that are going to come their way

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to provide one time form links.

If you can let the candidates to submit the form using your organization's laptop, you might consider hosting the page with the form on your laptop so it will be a local URL (e.g. using Abyss or any other web server software) with embedded form (source code / js embed / iframe).
