I have followed the following steps; however, it is not working. I would like a number so that i can talk through this with a live person.

Were you referring to the Autofill feature of the form?

The Continue Forms Later when enabled will allow your user to save the session on their browser. Which will allow them to close the form, and then still continue working on it again later on the same device/computer.
Or if you were instead referring to the other method that involve at least 2 forms to work, here is the user guide: How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
Please take note of the difference on this 2 method. The 2nd method requires at least 2 forms.
I checked your username and I see only 1 form under your account. I suggest trying the 1st method instead since it is more simpler and work just as well.
